Riddhi Siddhi Sanstha runs the Umed Kamwa Ani Shika Training Centre as an innovative rural livelihood model where women and girls learn while earning. The initiative promotes self-reliant villages through local natural resources, traditional knowledge, and sustainable rural practices.

How We Work
Formation of village-level women and girls’ groups
Survey, documentation, and mapping of local natural resources, traditional knowledge, and market opportunities
Practical production-based training through the “Learn While Earning” model
Support for production, branding, packaging, online marketing, entrepreneurship, and proper documentation of all processes
Women and girls learn, produce, and earn simultaneously through a fee-free livelihood model that strengthens village economies while protecting nature, biodiversity, and traditional rural ecosystems.
