Girls Club
Together We Grow, Together We Lead
एकत्र येऊ, नेतृत्व घडवू
Creating safe spaces where girls come together to learn, lead, support each other, and build a stronger future.
Why Needed?
Rural girls face discrimination and challenges, so this program helps them speak freely, take action, solve their problems, and express their views.
What is a Girls Club?
A Girls Club is a group where village girls come together and work on the principle of “their issues, their own solutions.”
Girls meet regularly at convenient places, discuss issues, and take collective decisions. They use activities like discussions, games, and reading, and present their concerns with documents to local authorities to find solutions.
To empower girls to take leadership and solve their own problems.
